We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer who combines technical expertise with a passion for continuous improvement. You will contribute to the evolution of our document management landscape, delivering smarter, more efficient, and future-ready solutions.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Play a key role in scaling and optimizing document generation.
Collaborate in a cross-functional, agile team with deep domain expertise.
Work hands-on with Quadient Inspire to develop and enhance document solutions.
Contribute across the full lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, and maintenance.
Partner closely with stakeholders and continuously improve ways of working.
What is needed in this role:
Understanding of banking systems.
5+ years of experience in Java development and related tools.
Experience with the Springboot platform.
Strong knowledge of XML and structured data formats.
Familiarity with testing methodologies and accessibility standards.
Experience with Quadient Inspire is a plus.
Exposure to Cobol z/OS or mainframe environments is a plus.
A relevant academic degree.
