Our software development teams are looking for passionate team leads to strengthen our teams. The teams are responsible for production tools, desktop and android tools.
The role
As a Development Team Lead you will lead an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team that already has a high grade of agile experience, but they always want to perform even better.
You will coordinate and refine requirements and dependencies to other domains working closely with product management and our software architects. You will take part in product project meetings and create, execute and follow-up on project plans. You will lead and motivate the team and host the daily stand-ups.

• Drives collaboration with other parts of the organization as well as with contacts external to the organization

Your day to day work activities includes:
• Driving software requirement
• Creating software specification based on high level requirements
• Initial time estimation
• Follow up on code quality
• Search for improvement based on information from other parts of organization, from customer and by needs from others
• Supporting other parts of the organization
The work location will be Malmö.
Your background
You hold a university degree within software development and have 5+ years working experience in software development.
• Good knowledge about software development processes
• Has several years of proven experience in leading software teams
• We expect you to have good analytical skills
