Product Development Team

The Product Development team is situated in Malmö. We are working with the latest technology and are constantly evaluating new technologies and platforms to improve our product and make it easier for our partners to implement. One current example of this is working with .NET Core - redesigning our platform to a service-based architecture.

We work agile and are constantly improving our way of working to get the best out of everyone in the team.

About the job

As an iPMC Development Manager you will be the leader for the iPMC development team and responsible for ensuring the successful delivery within deadlines & budget.

We would like you to:

• Take ownership of the overall iPMC development life cycle.
• Drive execution against project plans and timely delivery of quality results.
• Management of day-to-day activities for the product team within an Agile environment.
• Management of departmental resources, staffing, and mentoring.
• Building, enhancing and maintaining a best-in-class engineering team.
• Working closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical designs.
• Report status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management.
• Maintain and enhance the software frameworks for development.
• Drive task-related processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all have professional development plans. Conduct regular one-on-ones.

About the job

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
• 3+ years' experience managing software development teams (with direct authority over development staff)
• Experience developing careers with highly-skilled software engineers
• Strong design, architecture, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing the entire software development lifecycle and a track record of shipping quality software on time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
