På Tecteal jobbar vi som konsulter ute hos kunder 80% av tiden, de övriga 20% arbetar vi med interna projekt och innovationer.
Långsiktigt är vår målsättning att i större utsträckning arbeta internt och med utveckling av egna produkter.

Förutom att vi lägger en dag i veckan internt har vi inga chefer för vi tror att det fattas bättre beslut om vi tillsammans och på lika villkor är med och delar på det arbetet. Det betyder i korthet att vem som helst kan fatta vilket beslut som helst på företaget. Vi har en process kring hur detta går till för att ge råd kring beslut och att vi strävar åt rätt håll.

At Tecteal we spend 80% of our time as consultants at our customers. The other 20% we work on internal products and innovations. Our long term goal is to increase the time spent on our own products.

We don't have any managers as we believe that better decisions will be made if we work together on the same terms. This means that anyone in the company can make any decision. We use a process based on reciprocal advice, as opposed to hierarchical instruction, to ensure we all work towards the same goal whilst keeping individual agency.

If you have experience within IT and think this sounds interesting we love to come in contact with you!

We are looking for software developers that have energy and ideas that could turn into products.

You should be open minded and willing to learn and collaborate.

We have a need for people with a minimum of 2 years in the IT industry

We are three members of Tecteal today.

We have one product in development, an AI implementation on the real estate market.

Coming into Tecteal now means that you will come in with the chance to affect how this company are moving forward.
