We are currently seeking a developer to join our client 's agile SCRUM team, working collaboratively on user stories within our backlog, which the team has complete ownership of. The role primarily involves developing simulation tools and integrating software components and models, sourced both internally and externally, in C++, Simulink, and CarMaker. These tools are designed to assist other SIL, HIL (Hardware In the Loop), and DevOps SCRUM teams in testing, verification, and validation of vehicle motion control and autonomous drive software. You will work closely with these teams to promote early and ongoing testing, with individual responsibility for the quality of your work, while the team collectively ensures all deliveries.
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer who meets the following criteria:
• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Physics, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Matlab.
• Experience with modeling and simulation.
Additional beneficial qualifications for this position:
• Knowledge of Vehicle Dynamics, including CAE, design, testing, or other related aspects.
• Proficiency with 1D System Modeling Tools like Matlab, Simulink, Dymola, or Modelica.
• Experience with Multibody simulation (MBS) and tools, SDKs, and Simulators for Vehicle Dynamics and Autonomous Drive (e.g., IPG CarMaker).
• Experience in agile software development and test-driven development (TDD).
