We in Advance Engineering and Core Technology (AE&CT) are on an exciting and challenging journey. To speed up the technology shift we are now recruiting several Software Developers and Verification Engineers to our teams. The teams are working with software development and verification on different levels, close to the hardware or UX/HMI solutions that you can find in or connected to our fantastic machines. The software we develop covering all aspects from boot software, time critical functions to Android apps which range from operator guidance, multimedia apps and connectivity. Verification is performed in different verification environment/rigs.
Who are you?
You have a strong interest in software development or verification and have experience in some of the listed technical areas below. You are up for almost any challenge and enjoy exciting and various assignments. The main work tasks will be software development including requirement handling, design, implementation, and/or verification. You are an open and creative person with a can-do attitude. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. The role also includes participating in continuous improvement of our ways of working and you will be encouraged to dare to fail, innovate, and always invest time in personal development. In Advanced Engineering and Core Technology we have an agile setup and we really support each other, so getting into our work is easy.
You have probably a Master/Bachelor of Science in computer science, robotics or similar and good knowledge and experience in some of the technologies and skills below:
C, C++, Java, Phyton
Automation using Jenkins, Git, Azure etc. for modern software development flows (CI/CD)
Android/AOSP, Linux, RTOS
Communication protocol like CAN/LIN/Ethernet
Automotive diagnostic standards like UDS/14229
Embedded development or UX/HMI development
Functional Safety
Multicore processors/systems
Software design
Software verification
Agile methodology like SCRUM/SAFe
