www.loge.seYour job will be to design and develop the next generation of our advanced computational simulation software. You will be responsible for GUI development and also partake in the development of the underlying computational software.
We think that you have an M.Sc. in computer science, engineering physics or engineering mathematics. Experience of Java programming and Linux environments is required alongside an excellent ability to express yourself in English. An interest in numerical analysis and the ability to translate physical and chemical models to practical implementations is a must.
Experience of GUI development is meritorious, as is knowledge of software development for Windows environments, HPC/cluster programming, HTML, C/C++, Fortran and cluster administration. We think that you are an ambitious computer geek who loves coding and debugging. You are result orientated, a proficient communicator and love a challenge.
Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Swedish or English knowledgement should be at fluently.
Your primary responsibilities with us will be:
• Maintenance and development of our GUI
• Development of numerical methods for simulation of combustion processes and process engineering applications (non-linear ordinary and partial differential equations)
• Consultancy and support for external customers
