Are you interested in software development and how to control machines tele-remotely, how to interact with machines or how to run machines autonomously? Then you might be our next new colleague in one of our teams working with implementation of C++ control system and modern Html5, ReactJS user interface.
Your mission
As a software developer at Epiroc you will be part of a team responsible for implementation of our control system, working with development of machine control functions, autonomous functions and development of the user interface.

Our teams have expertise in different areas, Drill and Blast Applications, Exploration Applications, Hole Navigation Systems, Tele Remote Functionality, Automated Machines and Autonomous Functions to mention some of them.
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor or Master of Science in Software Engineering, IT or similar and have some years of experience from similar position. You are familiar with C++ and Linux and if you also have experience from front-end development with ReactJs, ReactNative, Javascript, Typescript, KnockoutJS, HTML 5 or/and CSS, it is a plus.
You are passionate about creating high quality solutions and have an interest in test automation. We develop our automated functional tests in Python with Phytest and we use Selenium and Nigthwatch for automated tests of our front-end solution, so if you have prior knowledge in some those areas it is meritorious. We use Jira, Git and Bitbucket as our tool chain so experience from those tools is also good to have. We value committed team players that like to work with new technology, share knowledge and to continuously learn and develop.
