Globe Group are world-leading in developing battery powered equipment and are now looking for an creative and experienced Software Developer to design software for the next generation of autonomous lawnmowers.

As a Software Developer at Globe Group, you will work with the product throughout its life cycle, providing a good overall overview while simultaneously working at the detail level. You get the chance to work with professional products and robotics alongside experienced colleagues, giving you unique development opportunities. In addition, you will work with autonomous systems in cross-functional teams that require you to be interested and want to contribute with your own conclusions and suggestions. An important part of the job is to be flexible, yet have the ability to capture details so that nothing is left to chance.

Your profile:
• You hold an academic degree in Engineering (Software, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar) from university and are fluent in spoken and written English.
• The successful candidate will possess solid experience of C/C++ programming for real-time systems along with a genuine interest of technology in general and software especially.
• It's a great advantage if you have former experience of robotics, motor control and sensor technology as well as artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of connectivity and IoT is appreciated.
You enjoy working with team-centric agile methods and have a passion for software development.
You present a strong overall responsibility including coding and testing.
You can drive things forward and grab different technology areas and see how the details affect the big picture. Furthermore, you are a creative problem solver that is effective and can translate the ideas into practice. You enjoy teamwork in a structured way and are open to learning from others.
