At PDU 4G5G RAN Product Integration and Release (PIR), our responsibility is to ensure that the quality and functionality of both LTE and 5G RAN to fulfill our customer expectations. Today we work in an international environment with colleagues in Europe, Asia, and North America. We are looking for software developers to our teams with a strong interest in both verification, continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD). At PDU 4G5G PIR we work with the product end-to-end enabling a very broad view of the complete system in a customer like environment.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, possesses strong team working and communication skills, and are highly motivated in learning our 4G and 5G technology. You need to manage a changing product scope, normal project work as well as continuous evaluation and improvement of our processes and ways of working. We expect you to always act with flexibility and find solutions better than yesterday.
You will join our existing group of talented and innovative 4G and 5G Engineers working with Verification of the 4G/5G product as well as the Automation of our verification. For you, this is a great opportunity to be involved in the development of 5G and to build up knowledge at the front edge of future mobile technology as well as developing Software craftmanship and Machine Learning skills when needed.
PDU 4G5G is utilizing Lean and Agile way of working and we work with continuous improvements and Scrum/Kanban in our daily operation. Automation is a central part of our daily work. Short feedback loops are important in our development process, which is based on Continuous Integration practices.

We expect you to understand Product Development and the Product Life Cycle. We are a company who needs to act fast in a changing world, thus you need to be able to adapt and respond quickly to change and also deliver results to meet customer expectations. You also need to be creating and innovating and easily work with other people. You are expected to be able to plan and drive your own work, but also in your team work to reach the common goals.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• MSc/BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge, preferably Computer Science, Applied Physics or Mathematics, Telecommunications
• Excellent English Skills
• Programming in Java, Linux, Python, C/C++ or equivalent
• Knowledge in Wireless, Telecomunication and Radio
• Communication skills
• Knowledge sharing & Collaboration skills
• Coaching & Mentoring skills
• Team player
Preferred qualifications & experience requirements:
• Knowledge in Cloud
• Knowledge in Machine Learning
• Lean & Agile Knowledge and Skills
• Automated SW testing
• Linux environment
• Knowledge of LTE/5G wireless protocols
