TouchTable AB is a technology research and development company in the field of multi-user touch interfaces and innovative equipment for the gaming industry. TouchTable was founded in 2004 and has now grown to 15 employees with a new office and production facility at Eriksberg in Gothenburg.
One of our products, MultiPlay, combines the traditional roulette experience with high technology by visualizing the full size gaming layout on a 56” quad HD LCD-screen and having a human dealer that spins the ball on a real wheel next to the screen. Our unique touch interface identifies the seven players fingers when they touch the screen simultaneously. We are looking for a developer to work on our current and future portfolio of products, including associated software and system design. This is a temporary position for a minimum of six months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employment.
Requirements for the position:
• MSc (Civilingenjörsexamen) in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in C++ (Object-Oriented Programming, C++ templates, STL)
• Programming of applications on Linux (gcc and/or g++ compiler)
• Subversion (or any other revision control system)
Not a requirement, but gives an extra advantage with experience in any of the following:
• Boost C++ library
• Databases (Postgresql), SQL programming
• Low-level protocol implementation for hardware communication
• OpenGL
• Linux administration
• TCP/IP
• Electronics design. Digital and/or analog circuit boards.
• Low level microcontroller programming
