We are currently searching for exceptional talents in the field of software design to our R & D department
As a Software Designer, you will participate in the development of business- and performance-critical systems for high-speed communication networks, using the latest standards and state-of-the-art technology at the very forefront of the telecommunications industry.
At Polystar, you will be using the latest industry innovations, and you will have an excellent opportunity to display your talents in an international environment. Our products operate in both fixed and mobile telecommunication and data communication networks.
You will be working at the HQ in Farsta, Stockholm.
You will be a key player in one of our development teams. You have a proactive approach to your work and have been successful in your studies. You are open-minded and adapt well to changing project challenges. As the majority of our project meetings are held in Swedish and the rest in English it is important that you have a good command of these languages.
We are looking for recent graduates as well as experienced Java software designers. Competence in one or more of the following areas is a merit:
• Telecommunication networks
• Communication protocols
• Multi-threaded distributed systems
• Interprocess communication
• Real-time critical systems
• Network programming
• Databases (MySQL)
