Job description

Ready to reach for the next level in your career development as a software designer? We are looking for software designers whose passion for their subject will benefit our market-leading GGSN software.

GGSN is a central node in the packet core network, providing gateway functionality between internet and the core network, and has been designed using an IP-routing platform. We are looking for committed and innovative team members to help expand the success of this node.

Competence

GGSN/SAE GW is implemented in the C-language and we use Microsoft Studio as a design environment. As someone with a genuine interest in programming, you will have some familiarity with this, and also:

• MSc or BSc
• Some years of software development in Windows and Unix
• C/C++
• TCP/IP and other protocols
• ClearCase or similar
• Good writing and communicative skills in English

It would also be an advantage to have experience with:

• Designing Control Plan logistics for telecom
• Design test
• UML and modeling tools
• Rational tools like Purify and Quantify
• Coverity Prevent
