Job description
Now You have an opportunity to a new exciting job.
We are looking for a software designer with experience from electrical development, to the group "DCU and Switches Electronics".
The group is responsible for system design, hardware development and software development of e.g. switches, control units for the doors and Interior light.
We establish the requirements for the functions, systems and components within our technical area. We are responsible for the systems and components in all car programs and over the entire life cycle. The work includes many international contacts and is done in cooperation with international suppliers.
As a software designer you are responsible for Door control unit in all the car programs. You create the specifications and develop the components together with the suppliers. You are also responsible for making sure that the components are correctly verified internally and by the supplier, before they are delivered to the car programs.
The work is done in teams consistent of system designer, software designer, hardware designer and task leader. You are in close cooperation with the verification group and several other functions within VCC.
Who are you?
Qualifications
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equal competence level achieved by long term experience
• Several years experience from Electrical design
• Knowledge of C/C++
• Excellent English skills, verbally and in writing
Preferred qualifications
• Matlab and Simulink
