You will be part of HVDC within the Power Systems division in Ludvika. Tasks
As Software Design Engineer for MACH platforms at HVDC, you will be highly involved in the whole maintenance process – from pilot study and development to testing and integration. You will work closely to our delivery projects and get access to a large network of internal as well as external contacts. Together with your skilled colleagues and the development team, you will maintain and develop the entire MACH platform. Requirements
You hold a technical high school diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specialized in programming. Strong skills in C, C++ and software development are a requirement, whereas knowledge in C# is qualifying. Experience from real-time programming, embedded systems and data communication is also highly valued. Perhaps, you are also able to contribute with knowledge in one or more of the following: DSP and DSP programming, MACH/MACH2, HiDraw, software tests, unit tests, UML, TFS and/or SCRUM.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a requirement, whereas other languages are a plus. On a personal level you are result-focused, driven and organized. You are a structured team player who grows in a complex environment where a strong dedication and focus is necessary to achieve goals.
