hela Sverige We are looking for a Software Configuration Manager with focus in Continuous Integration!

Your role
As Software Configuration Manager you will be part of the Avionic Software Configuration Management team. You will guide and contribute to improve our work for software products for Gripen E/F.
Your main tasks are:

Support software developers to structure our products and also coach our software developers concerning configuration management matters.

Maintain and update product structures, create and release document overviews for new products.
*
Maintain the Software Configuration Management Process for Gripen E/F.
*
Support tool developers and manage updates of tool environments.
*
Improve our ways of working and drive changes for efficiency.
Your Profile
You have experience of working with questions within the Configuration Management area and have a special interest and engagement to support Saab in improving way of working forward. Knowledge within Continuous Integration is valuable as well as to contribute in implementation and visualization of processes. You like to create a working structure and to make sure to keep a good order. As a person, you have the ability and ambition to gain a good system understanding, you enjoy working together with others as well as giving a helping hand.
You have at least a Bachelor degree in SW engineering, computer science or similar and have experience working with software development. Knowledge in Release Management or Product Lifecycle Management is valuable. You have good knowledge in both Swedish and English.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
You will collaborate with experienced engineers and professionals in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth. You will be part of the Software Continuous Integration and Configuration Management section within E/F Avionics Systems. The unit is responsible for Software build, integration and configuration management for the Avionic Core Computer System (ACCS) in Gripen E/F. The responsibility includes the process for configuration management of ACCS software and tools as well as to act as claimant and receiver when we bring in new CM tools for software in Gripen E/F. The team you will join consists primarily of Systems Engineers. E/F Avionics Systems is part of the Business Area Aeronautics.
