We are currently looking for a colleague who can take the role as Software Asset Manager, you will be part of our IT Service Management unit. You will be responsible of managing Ikano Bank's Software Assets by collaborating with business, internal IT and external partners.

As a Software Asset Manager you will be responsible for the service throughout its lifecycle with an accountability of service delivery in order to support IT, sourcing and legal being software compliant.

You will get a wide array of assignments, where your main responsibilities will be:

• Ownership and continuous improvements of the Software Asset management processes
• Software Asset Management guidelines
• Sourcing support of software assets procurement
• Licensing Audits
• Cost/benefit analysis and optimisations
• Service Management of the SAM tool (SNOW) including life cycle managment, budget, 2nd Line support, reporting structure
• Stakeholder management, including operational business functions, Sourcing, Legal, Service Delivery, Outsourcing Partners, Security, Software vendors

Are you the one for Ikano?

You have experience and a great interest in Software Asset management, and has been working as a Software Asset Manager, and if you have been working with Snow it's a benefit. You have a good understanding of software and hardware licensing.

You are accurate and analytical, and you have a holistic understanding of IT. You have a good understanding of IT Governance, governance framework and IT Control Frameworks.

You have a minimum of Bachelor degree in technology, economics or similar. Professional Certifications in relevant standards are a plus (e.g. Snow, ITIL, project management).

As a person you are a positive team player that enjoys working in an ever evolving environment. You dare to simplify the complex and learn from experiences. You are business minded and open to new ideas and personal growth. As a leader you are proactive, coaching and inspiring and have good communication skills.

In this role you will report to our Service Owner, Infrastructure Services and you will be working within a bank-wide scope. We would like this role to be based at our head office in Malmö, Sweden, or at our office in Glostrup, Denmark.
