Information about the position
Professionals Nord is, due to our client, looking for a software architect. You will work as a consultant through our staffing business. During the first 6 months, you work as a consultant through us and if the cooperation has worked well, you have good opportunities for continued employment with the client company.

To become a part of a department that works with product development in electronics and mechanics. The department working on developing electric Ride-On products with the aim of reducing carbon dioxide emissions and increasing the circular use to make their customers happy.
The department is in a strong expansion phase and you are offered an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the development work of embedded systems. Together with your team, you make your own decisions that will have a directly effect on the product and its functionality.
The ambitions are big and the department have a clear target for coming years. From day one, you will have a decisive key role and your days will be filled with varied tasks together with your team on site.
Job duties
We are now looking for an additional team member who want to join the journey of platform development. You will have a key role and the opportunity to work in a hands-on department where you can decide how you want to develop the products and it's functionality.
In the role of software architect, you bear the overall responsibility for setting up an architecture for all software that will be part of the system in the new platform.
You will for intance work on developing following parts of the system:
* Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
* Displays & Remote controlls
* LTE , BMS , BLDC motors
* Autonomous functions
In addition to the software team you will have a close collaboration with the hardware team which develops all the hardware in close relation to the product. Furthermore you will get the opportunity to get an overview and follow entire processes with short decision paths.
Your Profile:
We believe that you are experienced in working with software architecture development and know C/C ++. You need to have experience with Embedded software.
Experiance of CAN networks and safety software is meritorious. The role requires that you enjoy working hands-on as large parts of the work are performed directly in the product, which gives you a unique opportunity to follow the process from start to finish.
You should also be able to communicate in English and preferably Swedish
