Dina arbetsuppgifterAbout the position
For a couple of years there has been a very clear focus on software solutions at SUZOHAPP and today they hold a software stack reaching all the way from machine software to cloud software that is unbeatable on the cash and payment handling market. Now they are ready to take the next step and build the future machine platform for all their cash and payment handling products, and we are looking for someone to lead that work, to architect the platform and lead the team behind it.
In this position you will be reporting to the VP of Software Engineering for Machine Platforms, who in turn reports directly to the Managing Director of SUZOHAPP Digital. You will be working closely with the Software Product Manager who will be your counterpart when working on the new platform, and with the team working on the existing machine platforms.
KvalifikationerEducation, experience, and personal qualities
• Experience of working as a software architect
• Deep and proven experience in Java
• Experience of leaderships in roles such as Scrum Master, Team Leader
• Fluent in English
Meriting skills
• Experience as a manager
For this role we are looking for excellent communication skills and a good ability to interact and network with people in different environments and contexts. As a leader you create a good working environment where your team can thrive and focus in developing an unbeatable platform. Your previous experiences have taught you to appreciate the challenges of working in a fast-moving environment. In order to be successful SUZOHAPP you need be humble and see feedback as a key tool in improving results, both four you personally, your team as well as on a company level.
