hela Sverige Business Unit Products & Solutions is providing Consultancy services in SW R&D Tooling domain. Customers outsource full stack responsibilities for us where we take care of the whole Application Lifecycle Management for the tool. We give advisory services around Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) as well as helping the customers to take use of the best tools that fits their needs.Now we need to strengthen our team of consultants with a SW Architect.Your contribution and backgroundAs an architect you will be collaborating with product owner, other architects and engineers to develop and maintain a globally used company specific CI/CD solution for our customer. The CI/CD solution is comprised of a number of different open source solutions (ex. Jenkins, Nexus, RabbitMQ and MongoDB). Typical architect work tasks include requirement analysis, system studies and to guide and lead the development activities. The development teams are located in Sweden, Czech Republic and India. All work is performed using Agile methodologies.The SW Architect designs the software architecture. Verifies the co-operation of software architecture components and processes. Is able to identify reusable elements. Organizes and leads the software development work. Provides high level guidance and direction on project work.Manages risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture being proposed. Makes sure the right modeling is being done, to know that qualities like performance are going to be met. Dealing with the full range of issues within SW Architecture area including some more complex. Prioritizes, organizes and makes decisions related to own work. Sub-system responsibility can be included.We expect you to have5+ years proven experience of SW Design and/or SW Architecture. Programming experience is an advantage.A Can-Do and positive attitude where you are able to guide and advice both internal and external teams.Good communication and social skills is needed as you will have daily contact and interaction with customers, product owners and other design and operations teams.Experience from SW R&D Tools and environments, tool chains and pipelines, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery is a plusExperience of Agile Way of working, or working in a DevOps environmentA willingness and ability to travel to customer premises from time to timeFluency in written and spoken English is a requirementWe offer youAt Tieto we promote a healthy work-life balance in a friendly environment with a lot of laughter in a very senior environment where we are eager to help and support each other and make sure that we reach our targets while having fun.
