hela Sverige You will analyze requirements from an architectural perspective and design the architecture by using the platform, the limitations from the system and the guidelines. You cooperate with customers, project management, SW Leads, and of course the SW developers. You will look at parameters like memory usage, performance, propagation times, etc to find the optimal architecture. You will develop different concepts and analyze them together with a team. You will support the team from a technical perspective and some part of your time may also be to develop parts of the SW.
You will do problem solving and root cause analysis. You will be a main interface between the core teams and application teams. You are happy to dig down in problems and hunt information if this is needed to find where the problem is.
You will work in close collaboration with the cross-functional teams and sometimes take on some of the tasks of the team.
You have a number of stakeholders you need to communicate with: customer, project manager, systems engineers, , cross-functional teams, production, just to name a few. You handle them with care and establish good relationships with all. You support the project manager with progress reports and test reports
You have a great interest in SW development, Way of Working, SW architecture in embedded systems. You know the limitations of embedded systems and how to work with them in an optimal way. You have most probably worked in agile environments before and would like to adopt you experiences to a new context. You have a thorough experience in embedded SW development yourself, and even if you now have a greater interest in architecture, you are still able to dig deep into the code if needed. You have the drive and energy to really do a good job, and you like to make a difference. You know that changes can be energy consuming, but you are also willing to put that extra effort into something that will make a difference long term. You enjoy working in teams. You are curious, and you like to work in complex systems. You take responsibility for your competence development and you are happy to share your competence with others
Required:
Major experience from development, testing and quality assurance in complex systems and SW development in embedded systems
Structured and analytical
Experience from agile methods, automotive industry, and especially active safety
Knowledge in perception systems; radar, lidar, sensor fusion,...
Knowledge about aSPICE and ISO26262
Experience in working with Autosar and from tools like Enterprise Architect, Jira, Git, PTC, Doors, Vector DaVinci
Knowledge about CAN, Flexray, Broadr-Reach, and their corresponding tools
Experience from working with requirement tools, CM tools and test frameworks
Leadership experience
Meriting:
Experience from automotive industry
Knowledge in perception systems; radar, lidar, sensor fusion,...
Knowledge about aSPICE and ISO26262
Experience in working with Autosar
