In this role, you have the opportunity to
corporate with different functions and be part of a dynamic, fun team that drives change every day! As the Danish Social media Intern, you will work closely together with the Consumer Experience Manager, contact center, marketing managers, content marketing managers, digital performance manager and with the other Interns.
You are responsible for
• Maximize consumer satisfaction by engaging and providing expert product knowledge and service in social media in Danish
• You will be responding to consumer queries and seek for new ways to engage and interact in our social media channels.
• Act as a gatekeeper between the voice of the consumers and marketing team by handing over relevant observations
• Translate and proof-read marketing texts in Danish

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Strong work ethic and a friendly attitude with a passion for learning
• Writing skills and an interest in marketing communication are necessary and previous experience in retail/customer service is a big plus
• You must have excellent English and Danish communication skills (a big plus if you also know Swedish or any of the Nordics languages)
