As Social Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be part of a journey within Stena Line, building the ecosystem internally around our social media channels and corporate website. If you enjoy working both strategically and operationally and like to have "order in the house" while also being able to use your creativity - well, then this could be the position for you.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Build the social media ecosystem within Stena Line to ensure engaging and consistent material in all channels as well as look into opportunities to expand our efforts in new channels
• Plan, create, execute, and evaluate social media campaigns, in close cooperation with the Brand and communications team
• Manage Stena Line's presence on social networking sites, through creating new content, moderating, and sharing material from important influencers, politicians, and customers
• Ensure consistency in messaging and tone of voice across the company, working closely with our six business regions
• Be a member of the Emergency Procedure Team in the event of a crisis

Who you are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We believe you have experience working with paid and organic social media, both strategically and operationally. You are great at planning and organizing your work, both long- and short term, you thrive in an environment where you work independently and rely on your experience, but you also enjoy exploring synergies in working together with colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in creative production for Social Media
• Strong understanding of data-driven methodology to improve performance
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Experience from working in a multi-cultural company
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not essential
