Here, you'll play a key part in ensuring a superb brand experience by handling support related questions in our social channels, as well as coordinate outgoing content in collaboration with our Creatives team.

We want to be where our users are and we want to build and maintain a great relationship with them. As our Social Media Specialist, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and creating content on social channels, both pro-actively and re-actively. By constantly monitor and analyse the performance, you identify how we can improve quality and content performance. You optimise support processes in order to give fast responses to questions occurring in social channels cross our twelve markets (and counting).
• Handle support queries in social media channels and provide prompt answers in the local language (with help from our localisation team)
• Be the social media manager for the iZettle UK Facebook page
• Help administrate and coordinate outgoing content for social channels across Europe including targeting existing users to pro-actively mitigate incoming support cases
• Monitor and report on social media channels quality and content performance
• Implement and be a super-user of Salesforce Social Studio and coming listening tool
• Develop social media support processes and publishing processes
• Close collaboration with localisation team, creative team and PR team
• Experience from working with social media support and community management
• Great interpersonal and written communication skills
• Native English (British) speaker and fluent in Swedish
• Proactive get-it-done attitude
• Enjoying a fast-paced work environment
• Highly structured and attention to details
• Experience from working with Salesforce Social Studio is very beneficial
• Fluency in other Nordic languages, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is beneficial
• Experience from working with first or second line support is beneficial
• Experience from working in Facebook ads and business manager is not a pre-requisite but is beneficial
• Being a creative spirit is a plus!
You'll be based in the Stockholm office, and a member of our Global Support management team. As you'll collaborate with all of our support sites, both in-house and outsources around the globe, some travel will be required (lucky you!)

You'll need to be a native English speaker and fluent in Swedish, if you know more languages it is a big plus.
