We are now looking for a Social media & Influencer Specialist Nordics to help our client drive the continuous journey to become one of the most consumer centric businesses in the industry. In the role you will be fully responsible to strengthen the social media presence and continue to build and execute a Nordic influencer strategy for the company. You will be part of the marketing team and report into the Head of digital marketing - Nordics.
Job responsibilities:
• Lead the Nordic social media strategy with focus on paid social.
• Hands on social media buying, planning, optimization, and reporting.
• Lead the Nordic influencer marketing strategy with full ownership of execution, with support from internal stakeholders and local PR agencies.
• Measurement and reporting of social media and influencer marketing performance.
• Budget owner for paid social media and influencer marketing.
• Support and share expertise within social media to internal stakeholders.
• Design, build and maintain our organic social media presence.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new channels and social growth strategies.

Qualifications
• You have a relevant Bachelors' or Masters' Degree.
• You have several years of experience in a similar role.
• You have vast knowledge within social media and ads.
• You have experience in influencer marketing.
• You are experienced in working with Ads manager, Google analytics and influencer tools.
• You have very good command of English and preferably a Nordic language.

Admission and Application
Part-time position, 20h/week. Please note, the scope (hours per week and month) of the assignment can go up. The position will start as soon as possible and is expected to run until 2024-07-28 with possibility extension. You will be employed as a consultant at JobBusters and work at our client in Stockholm.
