hela Sverige Oriflame is now looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to further strengthen our team.YOUR ROLE The Community and Social Media Manager is responsible for Oriflame's social media strategy and the development of its online communities. This includes responsibility for target setting and fulfilment, budget allocation, content development, and implementation of new functionalities and formats on the Global accounts. This also includes relaying the social media strategies to all regions, educating internal stakeholders and owning any internal social media handbooks. Finally, he/she is also responsible for educating Oriflame's Consultants in how to use social media in their businesses. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Setting Oriflame's social media strategy for the Global Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts Testing above strategies on Global accounts Relaying the results to all regions Setting Oriflame's influencer strategy in accordance with the latest findings and industry best practices Setting the goals and KPIs for Oriflame's Global accounts Making sure that the results are being measured correctly Making sure that the goals are met Creating and updating Oriflame's internal social media handbooks to help other functions and regions perform better Creating and updating Oriflame's external social media handbooks and trainings to help Consultants perform better Communicating the set strategies with internal stakeholders Communicating potential changes or updates to internal functions and regions Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in a digital Agency or in-house agency 3+ years' experience with Social Media and a proven track record from the digital arena Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility Good at managing several projects at the same time Experience of working with both cross-functional teams and co-located teams Strong communication skills, experience of communicating, presenting and reporting to management Excellent in English (both written & spoken) What we offer: We are offering you a chance to work in a modern beauty company with an entrepreneurial spirit.
