hela Sverige We are looking for a creative Social Media & Community Influencer who will have the main responsibility to build, develop and manage Ework's presence in social media with the goal of strengthening our brand and aid our business in our quest to reach our growth objectives. Today, Ework Group operates in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Poland, but we aim to grow even bigger and grab more market shares. Therefore, this role gives you an opportunity to be an important part of our journey towards future success!
The marketing department today consists of two people; our Sales & Marketing Director and Marketing Coordinator.
Your main work tasks are to operatively manage and coordinate our efforts in social media together with colleagues at each of our markets, as well as participating in building our communication framework towards our various target groups. The job implies setting goals, run and analyze the results of different activities to ensure we are in the forefront in digital channels.
You will also be involved in a variety of other ongoing projects, such as the further development of a business generating website, Account Based Marketing, SEM, SEO and we also have plans to begin working with Marketing Automation. Furthermore, you will also aid the organization with content creation and maintaining our graphic identity on all our internal material.
Are you our new Social Media & Community Influencer?
We are looking for you who has a post-secondary education within marketing, communication, media or economics. You have previous experience of and are passionate in working with social media on a corporate level, especially within Facebook & Linkedin. You also have experience of working in a B2B environment. Additional to your background, you have the following qualifications:
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Word & PowerPoint
• Good skills in Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
• Basic skills/experience of Google Analytics
As all material we create is in English and Swedish it is a requirement that you handle both languages fluently in both speech and in writing.

The job requires you to work with continuity and in a structured manner. You also have a long-term perspective and can easily adapt to new circumstances in a rapidly changing environment. Furthermore, you have the aptitude to independently plan and manage your work.

Employment: Full time, probationary employment of 6 month may be applied
Place: The marketing department is located in our HQ in central Stockholm. The role will imply some travel between the offices.
