About the position
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to our customer, a successful and fast-growing electric car company. The role is part of a team of operational community managers where teamwork is the key for success. This position is placed in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
The Social Media Community Manager has the overall responsibility to write and publish communication in the company's global social media channels as well as the community for owners. The role involves securing that the communication meet customers, followers and fans in a timely and unique way, securing tonality and brand identity while getting the facts right.
This involves:
Overall responsible for handling incoming social media communication from customers, fans, prospects, followers, industry professionals and journalists
Craft responses that will engage and connect to the target audience
Use social media management tools and additional dashboards, stay up-to-date with information and collaborate closely with other teams
Work closely with Community Management Specialists and Operational Community
Managers to ensure the right prerequisites for excellence
Work with information flows and maintain response matrixes and databases
Your qualifications

We see that you can work under pressure, possess strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Requirements
BSc degree within Communication or relevant field of Marketing/Comms'
At least 1 year of experience from similar work
Well experienced within the social sphere, personal user of social media channels
Understands the importance of tone-of-voice
Understands the importance of social media and online communication for brands
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Fluent in spoken and written English
Meritorious:
Experiences of social media writing, copy writing, customer service, automotive or other technical fields appreciated
Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until 2024-03-01. Start 2023-03-01.
