hela Sverige As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating the role in the company, as this is a newly established service. You will work strategically and operationally with our presence on social media, globally.
What you'll be doing
You will define our social media strategy in our various markets, analyze, create content, propose strategies, and also work hands-on to manage all our social media, in the English language. It is thus a role that is both operational and strategic! You will work closely with our creative team, our sales director/founder, our event department, and the design team. Your everyday life will be characterized by peace, growth, creativity, and a great opportunity to influence and shape your role.
Is this you?
You have acquired adequate skills on the job in an international company with a few years' experience from a similar role, preferably from an international environment in a start-up or growth company in tech or in a media content company. You work comfortably with different tools on different platforms, both own channels, and purchased posts. If you have experience in influencer marketing, you'll feel right at home here at ICT. You might have studied social media, digital marketing, or similar.
Furthermore, you have an analytical ability to be able to make accurate quantitative and qualitative analyses of the data we have available to optimize our presence on social media globally and translate them into structured plans.

This position is full-time and based in our Stockholm office and report to our Marketing Manager. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we're an international company, with over 25 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
