We're now looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team during a maternity cover for around 15 months, reporting to our Global Head of Marketing. You will lead our global Social Media platforms and have a great opportunity to impact our business, hopefully in a positive way Become a part of our journey to become the world-leading watches and accessory brand!

THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN

• Strategize and plan to reach success on all of our SoMe platforms with extra focus on TikTok and Instagram

• Be a part of the creative process and design engaging content for our social media channels to ensure channel growth and reach a new target audience

• Lead and continuously optimize the strategy for community building & management on social media

• Executing boosting efforts on Meta

• Manage monthly and quarterly social reporting processes to create actionable insights

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders especially Influencer Marketing, PR, the Media team, the Brand Team & Online

• Regularly monitor, and analyse the competitive landscape, staying ahead of market trends and leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and keep DW's brand, products, and services at the forefront

• Overseeing the social media yearly calendar and planning content with the team accordingly

• Ensuring CBC content according to request from internal stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Several years of previous experience working in social media marketing. High proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling copy.

Video & photo editing skills in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or others, are considered a plus.

We are a social media native company. We believe that you have a genuine interest in trends in social media and pop culture. The content created needs to resonate with different target audiences where a great understanding of different target groups is heavily advantageous. We'd also love to see you partake in organic content, and be brave to test new things outside the box Whilst being creative in this role, analyzing performance and creating actionable insights is also key.
