Who are you?
We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and driven Social Media Intern who is passionate about content creation, community management, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. You enjoy learning, experimenting with new ideas, and working in a dynamic environment where your voice matters.
As our new Social Media Intern, you will...
Join an autonomous, cross-functional team and collaborate with team members, locally and remotely.
Create, schedule, and manage posts across various social platform
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content
Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations for growth
Assist in analyzing the performance of our social media content
More about your experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or in the final year)
Strong interest in social media, community management, and content creation
Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Excellent communication and writing skills in English & Swedish, any third language is a plus.
Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
Ability to collaborate within a diverse and international team
Extra awesome
Experience with social media analytics tools
Extra language skills
As part of the application process:
You will be asked to create 4 social media pieces of content using a resource we will provide. This will help us understand your creativity, attention to detail, and how you adapt content to different platforms.
Practicalities
This position is located in Malmö, Sweden and will follow a hybrid work model. We love to meet at the office, but we also understand that being able to work remotely is sometimes a better fit. Your manager is located in Malmö, and you will find your closest team located there as well.
