Six years down the line, our hugely popular online role-playing game has more than 10 million registered users and we employ 100+ people from more than 10 countries.
As our Social Media Coordinator you will act as a connecting point for our Social Media Moderators and oversee day to day activities on all our social channels. A part of this position also requires you to be hands on with our community and responding to comments and posts.
Responsibilities:
Leading the moderator team and keeping them up to date on our content calendar.
Representing our community in internal meetings with the studio team.
Creating content for our social channels and manage the localization process of that content.
Work close with the PR & Social Media Manager on CSR projects.
Owning and creating a weekly report on how our social media is performing.
Replying to public comments and posts on our Global Facebook page during european day time.
Speaking in the Star Stable tone of voice whenever you are working on our channels.
Posting and to some extent create content for the Star Stable Facebook page.
Requirements:
Experience in working with social media and communicating with a younger audience.
An interest in horse and gaming culture is a strong bonus.
Fluent in English. Swedish is a bonus.
Multitasking skills and an eye for details.
