As Electrolux is going through a transformation, from a manufacturing engineering company into a consumer market led company, the marketing department has a key role to make this happen. At Electrolux EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa), you will be a part of our digital marketing team based in Stockholm and you will be assigned to enhance our efforts within social media cross-markets on our three major brands, Electrolux, AEG and Zanussi. Here we are creating content that connects with our consumer's passion points to strive for engaging relationships that build our brands and connects with our products. Your Role: To succeed as our Social Media Community Specialist you should have a well-documented record of accomplishment within communications and social media in particular. You have probably been working a couple of years within this field and you now want to take the next step to get use of your knowledge and work on an international level with integrated digital marketing. Naturally, you are fluent in English. The role requires that you have in depth understanding and knowledge of social media and the most common channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Key vital points for the role includes. Key Responsibilities: . Daily management of our major social media channels. Especially YouTube will be important, as our central approach requires time and effort to support our markets efficiently. . Vast knowledge of Facebook management is also required as this is our main channel cross-markets and we drive a couple of central channels on this platform. . Administrate central content management tools such as Qbank, WordPress and various listening tools such as Radian6. . Content management and uploads to support our markets on a daily basis. . Integration of content cross platforms and especially in relation to our branded web pages. . Support in planning and executing major campaigns on the markets. . Develop our presence on, and test new social media communication channels. . Be able to analyze and report our progress in social media. Here you need to have knowledge on how the back-end of the major social media platforms work to be able to maximize our efforts in them.
