We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager to be in the frontline of the customer experience at Lindex in our various social channels.
As Social Media Community Manager you inspire, guide and interact with our community and create a positive impact on Lindex brand and sales . You are responsible for publishing and you assist in the content planning process. You review and respond to comments to add value to the user’s experience and you engage in the community in line with our communications strategy. You use social listening and analytics tools to generate insight about our brand and you keep yourself and your colleagues updated on the latest trend within social media.
To succeed in this role you have more than 2 years experience from working as Social Media Community Manager for a relevant brand. You have good knowledge within social media tools, for example Spredfast and you have experience of paid social media.
You are analytical, proactive and a problem solver. Of course, you have excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish and a great interest in fashion!
