Cheil Nordic is looking for someone with experience working with multiple brands in the social media marketing space. We are looking for a highly organized, strong communicator, client-facing Account Manager that bleeds social media marketing.

The assignment?

The Social Media Account Manager will oversee the social media campaigns that include but are not limited to: research, campaign and content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting. Knowledge of social media SEO best practices is also helpful as well as app developing and photoshop skills. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors and trends in clients industries.

• Supported by the Community Manager you will create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.

• Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.

• Analyze and report social media actions on a weekly basis for successes and new opportunities.

• Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (customize social media pages).

• Stay current with social media trends and tools - includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs and listening to podcasts.

• Continue to refine and define our social marketing process.

• Be happy, smile and bring a positive attitude to the office.

Experience

To be successful in this role, you need to have at least three years of social media marketing experience. Experience including but no limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest and more. You have a couple of years experience of account management and good knowledge of social media analytics software (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook, Insights etc). You have working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter and you have strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management. You are strong, professional and have strong written and verbal communication skills and you have ability to work independently in a team environment. It is important that you have exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.  Swedish is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English. You have a higher education degree.
