Purpose
As an integral part of the Production strategy and process, the role of the Snus påsar Produktion OPERATOR is crucial to the quality of the products and the achievement of the quantitative daily production output. The success of this role heavily depends on the process oriented work flow, precision and capacity of the individual.
The jobholder will be working in close cooperation with the company?s Line Manager for production of Snus Products and supports various production processes in the factory such as:
• Manufacturing the Snus pouches on the manufacturing machine for various products (compounds/blends) according to SOP?s (standard operating process) that the company is producing.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance of the machine, maintain machine log book (quality and production output, running times etc)
• Working in the packaging line as and when needed as per SOP (from filling to quality inspection)
• Support other functions within the production as per the detailed role profile and requests from management.
Production process guidelines have to be followed at all the times.
The Snus påsar Produktion OPERATOR is measured not only as an individual but also as a member of a team and therefore it is expected to support other team members in order to achieve the set goals for the day, week, month.
Our working program is from Monday to Thursday from 7.00 to 16.00 and Fridays from 7.00 to 13.30.
