Description of Appointment:
You will join a department consisting of total six people. The function is a shared service function for all companies in the Group.
As Office Manager you are responsible for the reception/switchboard, the office administration (such as procurement, post, keep a representative office, employment list). In addition, you will also work with various financial tasks such as archive, disbursements, book payments for customer & suppliers, scanning and coding supplier invoices and assist accounting department with other financial duties.
What skills are required?
We believe you have worked as an Office Manager before for at least 4 years, have minimum a High School Degree or similar education. Previous experience of procurement, operator/switchboard service is a must as well as a driving license.
Since you will have a lot of contact with foreign suppliers and customers it requires an excellent knowledge of English, other languages ??consider as an asset is German, Spanish or Dutch.
