Right now are looking for a service minded Danish speaking support agent whose tasks will be to provide 1st level technical support over thephone and in writing (answering web submits/emails) to
end-consumers. The position is located at our brand new office in the centre of Gothenburg where you will be one of eight agents at the helpdesk.
Job description
You will provide technical support within 3 main categories:
• Photo(mostly digital, but also analogue)
• Video(mostly digital but also analogue)
• Officedevices (such as printers, faxes, scanners and multifunctional devices)
Your work will include:
• Troubleshoot 1st level problems
• Troubleshoot and reply to web-submits/emails
• Create tickets/incidents in Incident Management Tool
• Study and participate in activities to improve knowledge of client specific software and/or products
• Contribute technical knowledge to project Knowledge Base
• Focus on continuous improvement regarding customer satisfaction
We are looking for...
For this position you are required to be fluent in both spoken and written Danish and have strong communication skills regarding English (Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish is a plus). It is a plus if you have
worked with customer service previously.A technical background and/or a background within IT is desired, but most important is that you have a genuine interest in technique and an ambition to learn!
Terms
The position is located in Gothenburg but during the first month you will receive training at our desk in Brussels (TechTeam will arrange for your accommodation). The desk in Gothenburg is open during
office hours. If you do not live in Gothenburg today TechTeam can offer you a relocation package.
