Axis is offering a unique and exciting opportunity to join a global market leader and drive the sales of a new and innovative product line.
Axis is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join a new sales team targeted with growing and managing a network of qualified resellers and installers identified as “Small Business Specialists†who will in turn provide support to small business owners.

What you will do here...
Developing sales in the Small Business Segment. Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities Recruiting, qualifying, educating and managing Small Business Specialists Assist in the training both internally and externally on Small Business solutions Work with other departments as necessary within Axis (Distribution, Marketing, Training, Business Development, etc.) as necessary to ensure communication and consistency of the Small Business Solution Strategy. Assembles necessary weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reporting as required.

Pro-active and sales driven Real team player with positive spirit, ambitious, open and inquisitive attitude An experienced and confident presenter Ability to manage and prioritise time A passion for technology Enthusiasm about IP technology A positive and engaging phone manner Strong understanding of a “channel†sales model Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels and ability to manage relationships with multiple integrators, distributors & partners Strong communication (verbal, listening, written), training skills. Ability to convey complex technologies and specifications easily. Preferred but not required is a strong knowledge of the physical security market, including products and future trends. Must hold a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively by car.
What you will need...
Bachelors’ Degree required 3+ years in the role of external Sales, ideally but not necessarily in the video and physical security markets.

Up to 50/50% time spend on travel and time in our office in Lund Sweden
