Your main tasks will be handling incoming calls concerning different client matters as well as inform and educate customers in need regarding EasyParks services. Since the Slovenian market is a new one for EasyPark, you 'll support the other European markets with similar tasks as your own. It all depends on which languages you master.

* Reply to incoming calls and emails.
* Construct templates.
* Record interactive voice respones.
* Help the other European markets with similar tasks.
* There is also the opportunity to develop B2B-relations within the markets.
ROLLEN INNEBÄR OCKSÅ
This position is at first a temporary position where you will be employed by TNG for the first six months. Thereafter, the main goal is that you will be directly employed by EasyPark and officially be a part of their organization. You 'll be sitting in clean premises along with over 80 colleagues at Värthamnen, Stockholm. This is a fulltime position and your working hours are between 08.00 - 17.00.
VEM ÄR DU?
In this position you 'll need to have a strong sense of responsibility as well as service minded. You 're not afraid to take on difficult client matters and take initiative to further develop your work manner. Previous experience within Customer Service is a plus but not a requirement.
Since you 'll be working towards the Slovenian as well as one other European market you 'll need to be fluent in Slovenian and one other language where EasyPark has a up and running market. For that reason, it 's required that you also are fluent in any of the following languages: Italian, French, Dutch or Spanish. Any other language that you master besides these is a plus!
