We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset who wants the opportunity to have ownership of their work, but who is also very action-driven and will execute every step of the plan. You will work closely to our Product Manager, and have direct contact with our clients and IT team.
As the Skills Assessment Manager, you will be:
Owner of Sqore?s skills tagging system
Responsible for creating and managing our strategy for assessment test generation
Responsible for creating and managing our quality control system
Content management: responsible for generating/purchasing assessment tests, quality control, creating tests on the platform, analyzing tests, reorganizing questions and tests when needed, tagging content with Sqore?s skills tagging system
Set up procedures and workflows to guarantee you can provide Sqore with efficient and reliable test generation
Constantly analyze and improve our skills assessment abilities
Constantly analyze and improve test creation and quality checking procedures, and create new systems when required
No prize alternatives or cash equivalents are offered
Prizes are non-transferable
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to the acceptance
Eligibility
At least two years experience working with the creation and management of assessment tests
At least a Bachelors in Psychology (focus on recruitment), Mathematics or Statistics; Masters in Business is a plus
Advanced studies/experience in applied statistics
Team player, with great interpersonal skills, but also comfortable conducting projects on your own
High analytical skills, very structured and pay attention to details
You are a bit of a questioner and a philosopher, but not to an extent that it ever prevents you from acting
Ambitious and humble. Always eager to discuss and learn more, and have the desire to create something big with us
