companies, is seeking a skilled Global IT-manager. Mercuri International is
a forerunner in helping companies to grow organically via improved sales
efficiency. We optimise sales processes and develop people and managers involved
in them. Mercuri International has more than 700 employees in more than 40
countries. We serve our customers on an international basis with our own
organisation and partners. Job location The position will be based
at any of the Mercuri offices in Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmoe) or
Finland (Helsinki, Tampere) depending on the residence of the candidate. The
position requires travel. The position includes: To develop IT
applications Lead implementation of IT systems Structure the long term
IT organization within the Mercuri Group An important part of this role
will also be to follow-up and ensure that implemented systems meet defined
business requirements. Initially the emphasis will be on development,
standardization and co-operate implementation of: Outlook related policies
Knowledge exchange platforms CRM Tools The global IT manager
will also be responsible for leading ICT linked development projects covering
issues such as: ICT architecture harmonization Technical support and/or
project leader in the following areas: - CRM - KMS - LMS -
E-learning The work will be carried out in close cooperation with
Mercuri Group management, and you will be reporting to MD of MI Finland as well
as the MI Group Management. Educational and experience requirements
A university degree in ICT Technology, Computer Science, Project Management,
Business Administration or other relevant education. Minimum of five years
experience from Project Management, preferably in the IT sector
International experience preferably within a knowledge based company A
track record from successful implementation of projects Experienced in
working with requirements analysis and specification processes.
Result-driven Fluent in English Very good analytical and
presentation skills Flexible Personality requirements A
dedicated professional and strong team-player. Good verbal as well as
written communication skills Able to think and act strategically while
being very goal and result-oriented. Additional information We
