We are looking for a Sites Project Manager to contribute to the success of our top performing sports betting websites on the Swedish market.
WHO WE ARE
Better Collective is a world leading sports betting media group, with brands across the world working to educate sports bettors to engage in a more educated and entertaining betting experience.
THE ROLE
As a Sites Project Manager in BC Stockholm, your key objective will be to develop and execute the content and website strategy for one of our flagship Swedish affiliate websites to maximise the value for both the users and the business.
You will be responsible for the coordination, production and optimisation of high class betting content that ranks in Google. We believe that great SEO content isn't content that features the most keywords, but content that engages our visitors and answers their informational needs. Good and creative content skills are essential to fit this position.
But the role is more than content management. You will be cooperating with various departments within Better Collective on work related to website development, design, conversion rate optimisation, SEO and much more. This requires good project management and communication skills to effectively prioritise and coordinate tasks between other departments and stakeholders within the Better Collective group.

AS OUR SITES PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL
Develop and execute content strategy for the websites under your responsibility. Including coordination, production and optimisation of the content.
Perform keyword studies and identify SEO targets to ensure that all content is optimised for search engines (mainly Google)
Be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all written and visual content including monitoring dedicated KPIs and user metrics (Rankings, visitor stats, engagement rate, conversion rate, etc)
Work closely with the BC Stockholm team to build the authority of the website and drive traffic
Be the main point of contact for strategic collaborations with Technical Web Development, Graphic Design, CRO, UX, Technical SEO, Partner Operations and Commercial Sales departments
Recruit and train content freelance writers
Communicate and present content strategy, latest performance, issues and risks to internal stakeholders

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
(You do not have to tick all the boxes but we hope you can recognise yourself in some of the bullet points and hopefully have other valuable skills to add too)
Has 2-3 years of relevant experience from a content role or in the field of digital marketing
Understands search engine optimisation and has experience in writing content that performs well in organic search
Has ability to drive projects and work autonomously, but is also a great team player
Has experience working with Jira, Trello, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO analysis tools
Is speaking Swedish fluently
Is passionate about sports and/or sports betting and has good knowledge of sports betting in Sweden
