We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Consultant to provide technical support to our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supports Incident, Problem and Emergency Incident Management as required, Prioritizes requests in accordance with agreed criteria and the needs of the organization in accordance with SLAs
• Maintains good working relationships with appropriate business stakeholders
• Provides back line technical support to users of business applications
• Identifying problems early, taking pro-active action to stop them occurring and/or having a major disruptive impact.
• Provides advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues as required.
• Plan, execute and support implementations so the applications themselves are deployed with minimal disruption to the production environment and meet established standards.

Technical Skills
• Should have knowledge and hands on experience in ASP .Net, C#, Web services, Sitecore
• Extensive understanding and experience with the MVC architecture pattern for applications, JS Framework.
• Knowledge on debugging tools is an added advantage.
• Certification in Sitecore mandatory
Soft Skills
• Must have ability to analyze and deep dive into problems proactively and fix them. Should be comfortable in Support & Maintenance.
• Should have troubleshooting skills, customer handling experience
• Work with other suppliers collaboratively and lead the task to resolve the issues/tasks.
• To Understand the existing framework and provide support
• Should be able to convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions along with technical and process issues.
