Site Technical Manager
Prepare the installation: contact customer, check parts, equipment availability, paperwork, etc. The site is efficiently managed with the required level of compliance/quality/technical performance/budget specifications/timing. Ensure that technical aspects of the site installation meet technical and qualitative requirements. The technical activities are implemented on time, according to customers requests with the required level of compliance/quality/technical performance. Provide thorough training, checklists or documented solutions; answer to all questions of customers or field engineers. All customers and field engineers requests are solved and they are trained to solve technical recurrent issues Act Site Manager when absent and take over related responsibilities with respect to customers, contractors and team members. All customers, contractors and team members requests are efficiently managed. Meet machine availability obligations and requirements. Machines are available according to uptime commitments. Report and document global activities, improvement plans and undertaken actions with the required level of details and accuracy. The management has the proper reporting to make decisions and follow activities.
• You have a master degree or an equivalent experience; . You have a broad technical knowledge and experience in electronics/electrical system troubleshooting, mechanical system design and repair, and operations of large systems, as well as in control systems; . You have a first experience in managing technical resources in an industrial environment; . You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools whereas basic knowledge of UNIX and SAP is a plus; . You are eager to learn new fields and continuously updating your knowledge; . You are a driven, proactive and hands-on person; . You are a detail oriented person with very good analytical skills; . You are able to organize your work autonomously and to take initiatives; . You are a team player with a strong customer focus; . You have very good oral and written skills in English.
