You will be part of HVDC within the Power Systems division in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems. Your responsibilities


The Site Resource Coordinator is working at home office and is organizing that personnel going to site work is well prepared in all respects.
Making sure that personnel during their assignments on site are reporting their working hours and travel expenses in due time and correctly.
Planning personnel travel to and from site at assignment start up/ end and at vacations.
Working closely with Site Interface Manager.
Assuring that all travelers (internal and external) are informed about preparations, rules, regulations and arrangements connected to their site works in general and about every specific project.
Making sure that personnel has valid passports and applies for needed visas/work permits when ABB is sending ABB and non-ABB personnel to the country of work.
Making sure that personnel going to site has undergone medical examination and necessary vaccinations that are to be done on regular bases and are checked before departure.
Ensuring, together with HR Tax, that ABB and the employee are aware and informed about the tax regulations in each specific country/project. When required, provide assistance with tax registration.

Your background

Graduation from a high school.
Proficiency in English is a must, whereas additional languages are a plus.
Great interpersonal skills, learning focus and flexibility.
Ability to work in fast changing environment with a high service availability.
Being well-educated and familiar with HVDC routines is merit.
