Your role
Come join Fortum Turbine and Generator Services (TGS) and reach for our vision of becoming the #1 non-OEM service supplier in Scandinavia and the Baltics!
We are looking for a Turbine Site Managers to be a member of TGS 's Field Service group. You will be located in Västerås.
On site you will lead our own employees as well as subcontractors at turbine maintenance projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the site work is carried out safely meeting all HSEQ requirements. Monitoring and reporting of work progress, quality and site related contractual matters are other important duties. Planning, scheduling and negotiations with customers and sub-contractors are part of your role. Based on applicants experience, sales support work and project managers role might be part of the duties as well.

Your qualifications
We believe that suitable candidates have an educational background in engineering and at least 3-5 years of experience in turbine plant (steam and/or gas) maintenance business and management work. General knowledge of the power plant processes and generator maintenance business is highly appreciated.
Fluency in English is needed. Finnish and Swedish are considered as a merit. This position also requires readiness for travel.
