hela Sverige Are you a customer-oriented person who wants to move Valmet's customers' performance forward?We are now looking for a Site Manager to our investment projects within Pulp & Energy - Recovery.On site you will lead our own employees as well as subcontractors mainly at maintenance shut-downs, upgrade projects and re-builds of Evaporators, Ash treatment and Lignoboost solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the site work is carried out safely meeting all HSE requirements.Monitoring and reporting of work progress, quality and site related contractual matters are other important duties. Your experience from site works will also be valuable in sales projects and construction planning and scheduling as well as negotiations with contractors and customers. The job includes also installation advisory for customers' contractors.This is an international position and you can be located in any Valmet location.Who are youYou have solid background from site, preferably within the Energy, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas business with several years of experience. You are comfortable in handling many things at the same time and get excited when you can solve customers' problems on a tight schedule. You have good organizing skills and structured way of working.With your leadership skills you create trust and are able to influence and motivate people on site.We think that our next Site Manager have a proven knowledge in piping, equipment and process. Fluent written and spoken skills in English is required and other language skills are considered beneficial.Of course you have good IT skills such as MS Office and AutoCAD.In order to be successful in this job, you need to be able and willing to travel for site assignments. Travel periods last normally from two days to two months at the time and you can expect to travel 20-30 weeks/year.We offerIn this position you will enjoy freedom in planning and managing your own work with support from the project team and manager.
