hela Sverige We have been given the benefit of building several stages of the West Link - some of the most complex and technically challenging construction projects in modern Swedish history. We are now looking for a Site Manager for our project organization Westlink sub-section Korsvägen where the assignment includes an underground commuter train station and about 3.2 kilometers of train tunnel. You will be part of a team where we challenge ourselves to deliver the best sustainable solutions in an organization with good values and a strong will to succeed.

Your responsibility
As a Site Manager you have an important and challenging task in our project. Are you up for it? Our project is divided into six different blocks where you will be operational responsible for one block which is Special Foundation and excavation works. To you help you have twelve coworkers in production and design that will help you deliver your block within given time-, economic and quality frames. You will report to Block Manager for Heavy Foundation.
You day to day assignments will be:
• Responsibility for the work environment.
• Prepare work
• Project planning
• Lead our subcontractor, distribute tasks and execute work in accordance to time plan, quality and economy.
• Overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain the desired level of quality within your block and take actions on abnormalities.
• Reporting and invoices review.
Who are you?
To succeed in your role, we believe that you have at least 5 years of experience from a similar role in special foundation. We believe that you can create and maintain good relationships with your customer, suppliers and other stakeholders.
You are a good leader! What we mean is that you lead by example, prioritize a good work environment and have the ability and mindset to coordinate, delegate and motivate people around you. Therefore, we are happy to see that you as a person have a solution-oriented approach, are a good problem solver with a can-do attitude!
We would also appreciate if you are self driven and have the ability to quick understand task and come up with a solution with a strong commercial focus.
You are fluent in English, both oral and written. Meritorious is if you also are fluent in Swedish.
