hela Sverige Tetra Pak Processing Systems and Equipment sells and delivers customised liquid food plants within food, dairy & beverage industry to customers worldwide. PS&E Supplier Management (PS&E SuM) is responsible for the supplier base globally. We are now looking for a Site Manager PS&E SuM to our Production Centre in Lund. The position will be based in Lund, Sweden.
The PS&E SuM function is on a journey to strengthen the global coordination through Global Purchasing Categories. The Site Manager Lund will play a key role in supporting this shift locally in Processing Production Centre Lund as well as enabling success globally. The team of 8 Supply Managers has responsibility for both specific suppliers only used by Production Site Lund and a few global suppliers used across all Production Sites in Tetra Pak Processing Systems and Equipment.
Main responsibilities
• Coach and support team members ' development
• Inspire the team to be creative in driving for efficiency and follow up objectives/targets
• Drive increased capabilities through Global Purchasing Category approach
• Work closely with Business Units to achieve best possible sourcing solution
• Set and follow up on site segment objectives and performance targets
• Be responsible for some supplier accounts
• Be responsible for the locally adapted quality and management system
• Report site specific KPIs monthly
• Ensure that the team works in accordance with processes and comply with policies
• Take active part in the global development of the GSM organisation
Qualifications
Success criteria are to continue building on the close co-operation with Business Units stakeholders and to take active part in the globalization of Supplier Management. We believe you are open minded, positive and can engage and coach team members in both operational and strategic activities. You are self-motivated and work well independently as well as in teams. You communicate clearly and have courage to challenge current state in a constructive and positive manner that builds trust.
We believe that you have 5-10 years relevant working experience. Besides having experience within Sourcing / Supplier Management it is an advantage if you have experience from similar industry and/or technical competence in relation to stainless steel equipment. For this position, we see an advantage in previous management experience with direct reports or other equivalent background. You are proficient in English both verbally and in writing, any other language is a merit. Estimated yearly travelling, 20-40 days.
